The first thing that people visualise when they hear of New York City is a massive apartment as seen on Friends; looking out to the Empire State building and taking morning walks in Central park. Unfortunately, thats not the reality for most that live in NY. One thing I love about this city is that each borough/neighbourhood has its own unique charm that you grow to fall in love with.
Hey friends, Its been awhile.
I'm traveling again which means the blog is back up and running. stay tuned
Walking the Brooklyn bridge will never get old.
If there's one thing I love about New York it would be the amount of talent you run into while taking the subway. These two kids jump on my train the other day as I was heading into Manhattan and with amazing confidence these two just kill their performance. With a little bit of digging I find 13 year old Tj and his brother Mayson from the Bronx, its awesome to see kids this young with so much ambitious and motivated to create great music. Check out this little documentary about him and his brother http://bit.ly/1zmlzx1
Atlantic Antic festival is one of the largest street fairs in New York city, it also marks the last day of summer in the city.
Bit of a throwback to Christmas of 2012, my first visit to NYC
Spotted in Central park.
Beers, board games a Brooklyn rooftop and 11 kiwis.. That is all.
Was such a privilege to witness these two legends preform at House of Vans today.
had the pleasure of witnessing the legendary OG Bronx native, 'Cope2' finish his piece down by Bowery & Houston wall. A close friend of mine grew up on his work when starting off as a young artist. There's so much respect for him out here and around the world, was an honour meeting him. www.cope2.net
